Privacy and Public Systems

Know what is private—and what is not.

Blockchain transactions and public profiles behave differently from private account records. This Policy explains that boundary.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Trustless Payments collects, receives, uses, stores, discloses and otherwise processes information through its websites, products, communities and related services.

It applies to Trustless Network, Enforcer, corporate websites, profiles, Signals, messaging, contract workflows, referrals and support communications.

Independent blockchains, wallet providers and external services operate under their own policies.

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you use the services, we may process wallet addresses, transaction hashes, amounts, asset information, destination tags, memos, timestamps and funding status.

We may also process profile information, display names, biographies, images, Signals, messages, reviews, agreement terms, milestones, support requests and referral information.

Technical information may include browser type, device information, approximate network information, pages viewed, error records, security events and storage identifiers.

3. Wallet and Blockchain Identity

A public wallet address may function as your platform identity and may be connected with profiles, messages, agreements, reputation, referrals and transaction history.

Although a wallet address may not display a legal name, blockchain analysis or information from other sources may connect it to a person or organization.

Do not treat a public wallet address as inherently anonymous.

4. Public Blockchain Information

XRPL and other public blockchain records may permanently display wallet addresses, transaction hashes, timestamps, amounts, token transfers, issuer information, destination tags, memos and fees.

Public ledger records may be copied, indexed, analyzed and stored worldwide by independent parties.

Trustless Payments cannot modify or erase records maintained by an independent blockchain.

Never place sensitive personal information or wallet credentials in a public memo or ledger field.

5. Profiles and Public Content

Information submitted to a public profile, Signal, review or shared agreement may be visible to users, visitors, search engines, social networks and archival services.

Removing information from our interface does not guarantee removal from screenshots, caches, archives, blockchain records or copies held by others.

You are responsible for deciding whether to use a real name, pseudonym or other lawful public identity.

6. Agreements, Messages and Operational Records

We may process project descriptions, deliverables, milestones, deadlines, review periods, revision conditions, extensions, approvals, cancellations, release records, refunds and status history.

We may process messages, bulletin entries, attachments, sender and recipient wallet addresses, timestamps and related transaction references.

These records help operate workflows, verify actions, investigate errors, prevent fraud and protect legal rights.

Messages should not be treated as guaranteed confidential storage.

7. Referral and Partner Information

Referral features may process referral parameters, wallet addresses, attribution timestamps, device-related identifiers, qualifying activity and earnings calculations.

We use this information to attribute introductions, prevent manipulation, calculate program activity and route applicable payments.

Current program information appears on the Partner Network page.

8. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain services, recognize wallet-based identities, verify transactions, operate agreements, process referrals and respond to support requests.

We may also use information to secure systems, detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain records, improve features, enforce terms and comply with lawful obligations.

Where required, processing may rely on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests or compliance with law.

9. How Information May Be Disclosed

Information may be disclosed to service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, communications, wallet connections or transaction verification.

Information may be disclosed when required by law, legal process or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems and legal rights.

Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, financing, restructuring, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

Public information and blockchain data are independently available to anyone.

10. Advertising and Sale of Information

Trustless Payments does not intend to sell private personal information for monetary payment.

Public blockchain information and content intentionally published by users are not private and may be independently collected by third parties.

If advertising, analytics or information-sharing practices materially change, this Policy will be updated and choices required by applicable law will be provided.

11. Cookies and Local Storage

The services may use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies to preserve settings, maintain sessions, support wallet connections, remember referral attribution and protect security.

Blocking storage may cause parts of the services to stop functioning correctly.

Third-party wallet providers and linked services may use their own storage technologies under their own policies.

12. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain transaction integrity, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and satisfy legal obligations.

Retention periods vary according to the type of record, operational need and applicable law.

Public blockchain records may remain available indefinitely regardless of our retention practices.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information.

No website, wallet connection, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You remain responsible for securing your devices, wallets, credentials and recovery information.

Review the Security page for practical safeguards.

14. Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about certain processing.

Rights may be limited where information is public, recorded on a blockchain, required for security, necessary to complete a transaction or retained under legal obligations.

Requests may be submitted through the official contact channels. We may need to verify that the requester controls the relevant wallet or account.

You may lodge a complaint with an applicable privacy or data-protection authority.

15. International Processing

Trustless Payments services may be accessed globally, and service providers may process information in countries different from your own.

Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws.

Where legally required, appropriate safeguards will be used for covered international transfers.

16. Children

The services are not directed to children, and Trustless Payments does not knowingly solicit personal information from children who cannot legally consent to its processing.

If you believe a child has submitted protected information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

The services may link to wallet providers, blockchain explorers, social networks, Telegram, X and other independent services.

Trustless Payments does not control the privacy or security practices of those services.

Review their policies before providing information or connecting a wallet.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as products, laws and data practices change.

The revised version will display a new last-updated date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by law.

Material changes generally apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

19. Contact

Privacy questions and rights requests may be submitted through the Trustless Payments contact page.

Provide enough information to identify the relevant service or public wallet activity, but never provide a seed phrase, private key, password or recovery phrase.
